In 2014-2015, 63.4% percent of Australian adults were overweight or obese – that’s almost two in three adults. And we are getting fatter. Much of the problem comes from what we eat – convenience foods have become such a part of our way of life, but they are destroying our health and expanding our tummies.

The solution? Changing the way we look at food! For me, health education started almost 6 years ago, my weight is now lower than it’s even been at 54kg and I’ve gained such an abundance of energy and vitality for life in the process! I’ve learnt how to healthfully detox my body, to create an environment of alkalinity to maintain a healthy weight and improve my health. And I can teach you to do the same.

Have you ever wondered where energy comes from? Or how to utilise more of it – without re-filling the coffee pot throughout the day? There are so many different diets out there promising ‘health’, but how many of them actually deliver to your satisfaction?

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to fuel your body with energy boosting foods in a way that will actually promote healing. We’ll delve into what the current most popular diets are (High Fat Diets – Ketosis, High Carb Diets and the Paleo Diet), discussing the affects each one of these models has on general health and well being.

Particular emphasis will be placed on creating an alkaline environment and eliminating toxins. You’ll learn how increase your energy levels and how to shed unwanted fat healthfully.
